I have been coming to this salon for a year now and i absolutely love it. The environment is so clean and beautiful. I was able to have a drink made for me and a quick snack while my hair was done. My stylist was Chloe and she always does an amazing job, she also has perfected curling hair. I cannot seem to get the same results at home so she really is that amazing!!! Always a great experience coming here.

Khloe did an amazing job on my hair with the exact results I was looking for! I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Her assistant Makayla (not sure on the spelling) was also great!! Thank you Chloe for making this entire experience amazing! First off let me start by saying Chloe had her work cut out for her with the absolute monstrosity I made of my hair. From gold banding to an extremely choppy cut, it was a mess. Chloe was professional, personable, and listened to what I was trying to achieve. Before coming into the salon I would have been happy to just liked my hair, but Chloe blew it out of the water. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! She knew how important the integrity of my hair was to me, and she was still able to lighten it tremendously with compromising my hair at all. I’m astonished! She made the most beautiful ashy blondish sliver!! Thank you to all the staff at Platinum house and especially thank you to Chloe! You have a forever customer now! From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to thoroughly diagnose what had happened. She explained exactly why the breakage occurred, what caused the red root issue, and walked me step by step through how she would safely correct it. Her education, product knowledge, and understanding of corrective color truly amazed me. She approached my situation with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. She didn’t have to step in and fix something someone else caused, but she did — and that speaks volumes about her character and her commitment to her clients. Life has been incredibly overwhelming lately, and being in her chair felt like a breath of fresh air. I’ve never felt so cared for during a service. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
